The mission of Align Bodywork is to help restore or maintain alignment in the body. Both our bodies and lives are made up of many components that must interact properly in order to function optimally. When these components are out of alignment, the body makes it clearly evident through pain, injury, motor dysfunction, excess stress, and more.
I would love the opportunity to help guide your body to a better state of alignment. Together we will determine the best treatment plan that will allow your body to function to it's full potential, while also teaching you how to maintain that level of function.

*Appointments after 4pm are not available for new clients. If you are an established client, please message me for my evening availability and I will get you scheduled. Weekend appointments are available at a $40 surcharge for all services. Same week appointments are very rarely available – I am generally booking at least 6 weeks out with a waitlist available for massage & bodywork services.
